Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with business users to elicit and document detailed business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements. The role involves analyzing current state processes and systems in commercial lending and translating business needs into clear specifications and process flows.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to elicit and document detailed business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
• Analyze current state processes and systems, especially in commercial lending and loan servicing
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases

Requirements:

• Deep experience with ACBS
• Expert in requirement gathering and story writing
• Commercial Lending Product Configurations
• Collaborate with business users to elicit and document detailed business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
• Analyze current state processes and systems, especially in commercial lending and loan servicing
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, process flows, and use cases
• Ability to advise parent and child banking entities of ACBS best practices
• Lead all stakeholders through decision points and agreements
