Salesforce Business Analyst

Brite Systems is an Information Technology company specializing in consulting and software development. They are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with a robust background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Omni Studio to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of our clients’ business processes and requirements to fully understand their needs and document their Salesforce requirements
• Utilize expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Omni Studio to design and implement solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency
• Transform business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
• Create detailed business requirement documentation, user stories, and to-be process flow diagrams
• Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure effective implementation
• Provide guidance on best practices and governance for Salesforce usage within the Public Sector and Non-Profit domains
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure user adoption of new features and functionalities
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Experience working with Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations is highly desirable
