Title                                       : SAP TSW (Trader''s & Scheduler''s Workbench)

Location                               : Maumee, OH (Onsite)

Rate                                       : $79/hr on W2

Employment Type          : W2 Position

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP TSW solutions on SAP S/4HANA for Oil & Gas Downstream operations.

·         Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TSW processes including:

o    Stock Projection Worksheet (SPW)

o    Location Balancing

o    Three-Way Pegging (3WP)

o    Nomination Management

o    Ticketing

o    Planning & Replenishment Functions

·         Configure and manage TSW master data including transport systems, business locations, partner roles, materials, batches, and forecast parameters.

·         Drive integration with SAP MM, SD, PM, Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Commodity Management (CWM), and Transportation & Distribution (TD).

·         Analyze and optimize inventory planning, stock projection calculations, nomination lifecycle, and scheduling processes.

·         Define and review functional/technical specifications for enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, user exits, and custom developments.

·         Collaborate with ABAP, PI/PO, and SAP BTP teams for integrations with external systems.

·         Engage directly with business stakeholders, lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Required Skills:

·         Deep expertise in SAP Trader''s and Scheduler''s Workbench (TSW) on SAP S/4HANA.

·         Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas Downstream supply, distribution, scheduling, and inventory management processes.

·         Hands-on experience with SPW, Location Balancing, 3WP, Nomination Management, Ticketing, and Planning Functions.

·         Experience in client-facing techno-functional consulting roles.

·         Understanding of ABAP enhancements, debugging, SAP integration technologies, and cross-functional SAP modules.

Preferred:

·         Multiple SAP Oil & Gas/TSW implementation or transformation projects.

·         Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, CPE, and CWM integrations.

·         Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
