Ensuring the technical integration of market communication and other interfaces
Operating and maintaining SAP systems and selected peripheral systems in 2nd
and 3rd-level support
Analyzing and troubleshooting within defined SLAs
Performing technical and functional monitoring and initiating improvement measures
Acting as a point of contact for our customers on energy-sector processes
Contributing to the optimization of internal workflows and processes

Completed degree or vocational training in IT or the energy sector
Experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, particularly in the integration of interfaces and third-party systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux
Understanding of energy-sector processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial operations)
Desirable: experience with SAP system customizing
Enjoy working in a team, solution-oriented thinking and a commitment to continuous development
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
