About this role
Gateway is a company focused on Digital Enablement, and they are seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst. This role serves as a technical administrator for banking systems, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Develop and execute test plans and support UAT
- Track and resolve defects and validate outcomes
- Collaborate with IT, PMO, Training, and Operations teams
- Review vendor releases and assess system impacts
- Support production issue resolution
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules
- Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned
