About this role
GH Engage is a well-established and growing MEP engineering consultancy seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to step into a leadership role across its US operations. The role involves leading complex MEP projects, building client relationships, and contributing to business development while mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex MEP projects across multiple sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across your local market
- Support business development including proposals and bid submissions
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers
- Ensure technical quality and commercial performance across your projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience ideally within two or more of the following sectors: healthcare and life sciences, data centres and mission-critical, commercial, industrial and manufacturing, higher education
- PE license required
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
- Someone who wants to grow with a practice, not just fill a seat
- LEED accreditation a plus
