Courtyard.io is a fast-growing consumer shopping platform focused on creating engaging and accessible experiences for buying and selling high-value assets. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to define and scale their brand strategy, develop integrated campaigns, and strengthen their position in the Entertainment Shopping sector.
Responsibilities:
- Help define and evolve Courtyard’s brand strategy, positioning, messaging and narrative
- Develop frameworks that strengthen brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
- Translate business objectives into brand initiatives that drive awareness, consideration and affinity
- Help establish Courtyard as the category-defining leader in Entertainment Shopping
- Lead integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution
- Build tentpole marketing moments around major launches, partnerships, cultural events and new categories
- Develop campaign briefs and partner closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Social, CRM, Community and Partnerships
- Ensure campaigns are measurable and connected to business outcomes
- Identify cultural moments, trends and opportunities that can help Courtyard break through
- Develop programs that create conversation and increase earned attention
- Help shape how Courtyard participates in sports, entertainment, gaming, collectibles and broader consumer culture
- Help bring brand campaigns to life through creators, events, media, and community programs
- Evaluate opportunities through both brand impact and business value
- Build annual and quarterly brand marketing roadmaps
- Manage agency relationships, freelancers and production partners when needed
- Establish a reporting framework to measure campaign success
- Drive alignment across multiple internal stakeholders and workstreams
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing
- Experience building campaigns for consumer-facing brands
- Strong strategic thinking paired with exceptional execution skills
- Comfortable moving between high-level planning and day-to-day operational work
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Strong creative instinct and storytelling skills
- Experience working with creators, partnerships, and PR
- Experience in high-growth consumer businesses, sports, entertainment, or gaming is highly preferred
