SuppliFlex is a technology company focused on helping multi-channel e-commerce small and midsize businesses improve efficiency. The Growth Marketing Internship involves supporting day-to-day growth initiatives, including designing marketing experiments and analyzing performance data.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day growth initiatives, including helping design and run marketing experiments across channels such as email, social, and landing pages
- Gather and analyze performance data
- Assist with funnel optimization
- Support outreach to potential customers through campaigns and light sales enablement activities
- Help with project coordination, documenting processes, and collaborating with the team on new growth ideas
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing, funnel, and product usage data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage prospective users
- Interest or foundational experience in growth hacking and experimentation across digital channels
- Comfort with sales-adjacent tasks such as lead research, basic outreach, and supporting sales enablement content
- Basic project management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track progress across multiple initiatives
- Curiosity about e-commerce, DTC brands, and B2B SaaS, with a willingness to learn quickly in a startup environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
