The Senior Business Systems Analyst will create and deliver high-quality system solutions, maintain product backlogs, and support payment processing issues while collaborating with stakeholders to refine business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver high quality system solutions for applications, products and services across all technology functions
- Maintain the product backlog and prioritized list of requirements for current and future product development
- Support, analyze, research, coordinate all payments processing issues and discrepancies
- Attend status calls with HHS and other stakeholders providing updates, discussing/clarifying business requirements, informing the client of any/all issues
- Gather requirements for Portals & payments processing
- Generate user audit reports and maintain CA Agile rally work items
- Support team with artifacts for security control assessment
- Consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes
- Perform analysis and serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements
- Provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users' requirements
- Create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise
- Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- 24 months of experience in the job offered or a business systems analyst-related occupation
- Manual and automated test execution
- Executing database queries and validation of data consistency
- Documenting QA artifacts
- Software development technologies such as Waterfall or Agile
- Testing tools such as JAWS, HP QTP, UFT, or SOAP UI
- Languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or VB Script
- SQL server, SQL Developer, WinSCP, or PuTTY
- Bug/ defect tracking tools such as CA Agile
- MS Office, SharePoint, or EDI compliance
