Sagitec Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to work closely with systems development teams, architects, and client stakeholders in the pension vertical. The role involves leading business and system analysis efforts, defining and improving business analysis practices, and ensuring quality governance across Sagitec implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate and collaborate with client, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution
- Participate in or lead design and configuration reviews across projects to ensure consistency and quality
- Lead meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify and confirm business requirements for solution configuration
- Facilitate meetings with Sagitec and client team participants
- Perform functional analysis of the client’s current business process and supporting documentation
- Convert business requirements to system capabilities and product configurations
- Retain responsibility for creation of business analysis deliverables and product configuration designs, including integrations across modules
- Support development teams in configuration of the product and the development of product customizations
- Communicate effectively with technical resources for continued implementation of the solution
- Develop test strategy for assigned modules and support preparation of test cases and associated deliverables
- Create and load test data into database tables using advanced MS Excel spreadsheets, macros, or queries
- Test product configurations and customizations
- Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production support activities as needed
- Participate in the creation of training materials and conduct training activities for end users
- Execute production rollout activities
- Monitor progress and provide status reports to Sagitec management
- Retain responsibility for delivery of module functionality and solution throughout all SDLC phases
- Travel to client locations may be required
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst / Solution Analyst role for design, development, and implementation of large-scale software/product solutions
- Experience evaluating business requirements and working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical analysts (TAs) to translate requirements into product configurations
- Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and UI prototype creation
- Strong understanding of entity relationships and database schema
- Experience with SQL and querying data structures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, macros, or data handling activities
- Proven ability to define task plans, manage time effectively across simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlines
- Experience with multiple implementation methodologies (e.g., AGILE, waterfall)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on defining solutions for root causes
- Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage client expectations
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Strong preference for experience with pension administration or benefit claim systems
- Experience with CASE tools including rules engine and business intelligence
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps™
- Experience with product implementations and product configuration
- CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA certification
