Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a specialized Meta advertising agency that works exclusively with Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms. The role involves owning both sales and marketing, managing the sales process from initial conversation to contract signing, while also developing and executing the internal marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Run our sales process from first conversation to signed contract
- Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects
- Run strategy and pitch presentations
- Manage the full pipeline from first touch to close
- Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences
- Own and operate our internal Meta advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute our broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation
- Elevate the company brand to attract larger and more established clients
- Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content
- Think holistically about brand and understand how advertising fits within a larger growth strategy
- Build and lead a sales and marketing team as the company grows
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only)
- Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance based incentives
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid market buyers
- Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting
- Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in the United States and available during standard business hours
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
