Senior Product Manager, AI Member Experience

Rocket Lawyer is the largest and most widely used online legal service platform in the world, aiming to provide affordable and simple legal services. The Senior Product Manager for AI Member Experience will drive the product roadmap focusing on AI-driven user engagement, develop insightful product experiences, and lead strategies for product-led growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create Insight-to-Action Product Experiences
• Drive Engagement-Centric Roadmap Strategy
• Develop AI-Powered UX Benchmarking
• Data Driven Product Development
• Product-Led Growth Strategy

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of software Product Development experience ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products
• At least 4 years focused on how to optimize AI-driven user engagement
• Ability to combine a strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes to customers and the business
