Must Have Hands on Experience in Thales CipherTrust Transparent Encryption (CTE)

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise security platforms.
Design and review secure system architectures aligned with industry best practices and internal policies.
Implement and manage security solutions across endpoint, network, cloud, and data protection layers.
Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support for security-related issues and escalations.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve security incidents and anomalies with potential business impact.
Act as primary escalation point for complex customer and internal security issues.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and third-party providers for troubleshooting and solution design.
Maintain accurate tracking of incidents using ticketing systems and provide timely updates.
Develop and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, SOPs, configuration standards).
Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and data privacy practices.
Continuously upgrade skills and maintain relevant security certifications.

5+ years in Security Engineering / Security Operations (Tier 3 or Senior level)
