Sr Manager, ME Spares Business Analytics (Remote)

Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight by designing, building, and servicing unique engines. They are seeking a Sr. Manager for ME Spares Business Analytics, responsible for managing tools that support Military Engine Spares Demand Planning and Parts Delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall data collection for Spares Material Delivery & Strategy team
• Develop and maintain standard dashboard to provide leadership team a full view of Military Engine Spares performance
• Create new and/or improve current metrics to measure and drive key performances
• Drive automation of current reports
• Support Spares customer forecast and demand planning cycles
• Support current tools and develop new tools for both Spares Demand Planning and Delivery Assurance
• Leverage data collection from customers to improve customer satisfaction
• Define strategies and coordinate activities through multiple organizations
• Drive root cause and corrective action to support improvement of key metric performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years of applicable experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience. Experience to include: advanced analytical skills, including advanced experience using ODM tables, BO, Qlik, and BW
• 8+ years of material forecast, delivery, and supply chain management experience required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Experience in program office or operation highly preferred
• Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to influence and manage the expectations of many stakeholders across program office, mod centers, SIOP
• Ability to analyze and use available tools to quickly evaluate problems leading to proven solutions
• Detail and results-oriented with good problem-solving skills
