Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight by designing, building, and servicing unique engines. They are seeking a Sr. Manager for ME Spares Business Analytics, responsible for managing tools that support Military Engine Spares Demand Planning and Parts Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall data collection for Spares Material Delivery & Strategy team
- Develop and maintain standard dashboard to provide leadership team a full view of Military Engine Spares performance
- Create new and/or improve current metrics to measure and drive key performances
- Drive automation of current reports
- Support Spares customer forecast and demand planning cycles
- Support current tools and develop new tools for both Spares Demand Planning and Delivery Assurance
- Leverage data collection from customers to improve customer satisfaction
- Define strategies and coordinate activities through multiple organizations
- Drive root cause and corrective action to support improvement of key metric performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years of applicable experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience. Experience to include: advanced analytical skills, including advanced experience using ODM tables, BO, Qlik, and BW
- 8+ years of material forecast, delivery, and supply chain management experience required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience in program office or operation highly preferred
- Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment while implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to influence and manage the expectations of many stakeholders across program office, mod centers, SIOP
- Ability to analyze and use available tools to quickly evaluate problems leading to proven solutions
- Detail and results-oriented with good problem-solving skills
