Product & Business Operations Associate

Blossom is a company focused on solving the mental health epidemic in America through its AI-native care platform. They are seeking a Product & Business Operations Associate to operate at the intersection of product and business operations, tackling high-priority projects and defining new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Operate at the intersection of product-ops and biz-ops to tackle the highest priority projects within the company
• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
• Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems
• Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out
