David Joseph & Company is partnering with Arbor, a company that conducts AI-powered voice interviews to provide insights for growth and optimization. The Growth Lead will build and own the RevOps foundation, drive inbound strategy, and connect marketing signals to sales behavior, ultimately aiming to scale the company’s revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the RevOps foundation — keeping pipeline clean, forecasting accurate, and conversion data visible and actionable
- Drive inbound and growth by identifying the highest-leverage channels, running experiments fast, and doubling down on what works — content, partnerships, events, or something new
- Connect the dots between marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes — see the full funnel and know where it's leaking
- Build dashboards, run analysis, and come to the table with a point of view backed by numbers
- Move between inbound strategy, pipeline analytics, RevOps infrastructure, and growth experimentation
- Report directly to the CEO and own the systems that turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine
