Dozuki is a company focused on improving manufacturing processes by empowering the frontline workforce. They are seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join their marketing team, responsible for generating qualified meetings and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and communicate the Dozuki product advantages and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and positively positioning us within the competitive landscape
- Use our prospecting and enrichment tools to connect with key personas at ICP accounts, primarily by phone, and secondarily through email and social channels
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Communicate with the rest of the marketing team to continually iterate and align strategy and messaging for target accounts
- Maintain and update the CRM to ensure it is kept current and accurate
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and/or other sales and marketing tools
- 2+ years of experience in account-based motions, supported by advertising, intent data, and cross-organizational messaging feedback
- 2+ years working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones
- 1+ years of experience utilizing ABM (Account Based Marketing)
- Must be able to work 8-5 Eastern Time (this does not require you to sit on the east coast but you must be ready to start dialing by 9am ET)
- Comfortable on the phone: you are confident and agile in spoken conversations with prospects, asking good questions and pushing prospects into the next action. Our BDR's average ~80 calls/day and set ~8 meetings per month
- Tech First: You are curious and opinionated about marketing and sales innovations and you eagerly take up new tools and avenues for prospecting. You have favorite software but are not reliant on a single platform for success. At Dozuki, innovation is not only encouraged, it is expected, this should make you excited!
