Junior Business Analyst

Matricstek Inc. is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data and creating insightful dashboards using Power BI. The role involves gathering and interpreting business data, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and business insights
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, and track milestone completion
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of business processes and operational workflows
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools
• Academic or internship experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Operations, or Data Analytics
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is a plus
• Understanding of healthcare industry KPIs or operational metrics is an advantage
