Business Analyst - Software Licensing ITAM

The Amatriot Group is seeking a Business Analyst for Software Licensing ITAM. The role involves managing enterprise software licensing, coordinating with vendors, tracking entitlements, and ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Strong in software asset management (SAM) and procurement support, including license validation, renewals, onboarding new publishers, and identifying optimization/cost savings opportunities
• Experience producing reports and contract deliverables for enterprise/federal environments
• Proven ability in business process analysis and improvement for licensing/SAM operations, with strong collaboration across technical, procurement, and program teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software licensing
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors/publishers
• Experience tracking hundreds of entitlements
• Experience ensuring license compliance and audit readiness
• Strong in software asset management (SAM) and procurement support, including license validation, renewals, onboarding new publishers, and identifying optimization/cost savings opportunities
• Experience producing reports and contract deliverables for enterprise/federal environments
• Proven ability in business process analysis and improvement for licensing/SAM operations, with strong collaboration across technical, procurement, and program teams
• Bachelor's degree (Business/IS/Management or related)
