Redfin is revolutionizing the real estate industry by using data and innovative design to enhance the customer experience. The Customer Service Representative I will assist users in navigating the Redfin and Rent websites and mobile app, provide technical support, and ensure a world-class customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system
- Troubleshooting technical bugs
- Collaborating with agents and customers to ensure the website’s data is accurate
- Assisting customers with account maintenance
- Ensuring a world-class customer service experience by seeing issues through to resolution
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Punctual, able to work independently as well as in a group, and capable of handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
- A commitment to the customer, no matter the issue
- A fun, caring, and humble attitude
- Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system
- Familiarity with AWS phone system
- Familiarity with Slack
