Role: ServiceNow HCM Developer
Location: Columbus OH
A ServiceNow HCM (Human Capital Management) / HRSD Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting HR solutions on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The role focuses on automating HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee case management, employee self-service, and integrations with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
- Develop HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Create and enhance Employee Center portals, service catalogs, and self-service experiences.
- Develop integrations with HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, PeopleSoft) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, defect resolution, documentation, and production support.
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for HR operations.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD module.
- JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord.
- Flow Designer and Workflow development.
- Service Portal / Employee Center development.
- REST and SOAP integrations.
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs.
- HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Service Portal customization.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology.
