Fractal is a strategic AI partner to Fortune 500 companies, aiming to power every human decision in the enterprise. They are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of their A/B testing and optimization program, coordinating between various teams to manage test workflows and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B test requests — from intake and prioritization through launch coordination and results documentation
- Manage the test backlog using a structured prioritization framework (e.g. PIE scoring) and ensure tests move through the pipeline on schedule
- Partner with Data Scientists, Creatives, and Developers to align on test populations, KPIs, runtime requirements, and launch readiness
- Serve as the connective tissue across workstreams to eliminate blockers and keep projects on track
- Run weekly stakeholder syncs, produce clear status reports, and maintain program dashboards that give client leadership real-time visibility into test velocity, backlog health, and results
- Manage escalation pathways for risks and blockers
- Ensure the right people have the right information at the right time — from pod leads to senior stakeholder leadership
- Maintain living program documentation including sprint plans, intake forms, roadmaps, decision logs, and retrospective outputs
- Build and continuously improve operational systems that allow the program to scale toward 150+ tests annually
- Partner with Data Scientists and the broader Optimization team on process improvements, tooling enhancements, and knowledge management initiatives to increase program maturity over time
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced digital or marketing environment
- Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar sprint-based frameworks)
- Experience with project tracking and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalents
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to run effective syncs, produce clear status reports, and escalate risks proactively
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across different stages of development without losing detail
- Strong documentation instincts — able to produce intake forms, PRDs, decision logs, retrospectives, and living roadmaps
- Comfortable operating autonomously in an ambiguous environment with senior visibility
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines — data science, creative, engineering, and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification desirable
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant program or project management experience
- Experience in a digital marketing or A/B testing environment
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target or Optimizely
- Experience working with or alongside data science and analytics teams
- Prior agency or vendor-side experience supporting a large enterprise client
