Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech to manage and deliver critical infrastructure required to operate data centers. The role involves executing easement agreements and supporting infrastructure development for data center construction and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements
- Negotiate terms with landowners
- Work with teams across the US to manage external stakeholder risk
Requirements:
- Strong experience in right-of-way negotiations and easement execution
- Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements
- Negotiate terms with landowners
- Work with teams across the US to manage external stakeholder risk
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with project management of external suppliers negotiating easements
- Ability to research new markets and engage with site selection to de-risk easement delivery
- Experience managing internal/external legal counsel workflow to ensure swift execution of easement agreements
