Guardz is a Series B software company seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their GTM team. The role focuses on generating new sales opportunities through cold calling, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: you will have 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day
- Completions & Activations: Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate
- Book meetings: Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls
- Follow up: Regularly follow up with “not now” contacts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing: Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain clean notes: Log activities and track call outcomes to support team visibility and performance insights (based on training)
Requirements:
- Will not require citizen sponsorship
- Based in the USA or Canada
- 3+ years of cold calling experience required
- Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience
- Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range
- You're an excellent cold caller
- Have 3+ yrs of exp in outbound sales
