About this role
Accion Labs is looking for a Drone Business Analyst to support drone-enabled infrastructure inspection and AI-assisted asset monitoring initiatives. The role involves gathering operational requirements and coordinating with various teams to ensure effective delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Experience gathering operational requirements, documenting process flows, and translating field needs into delivery-ready requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills across operations, field teams, engineering, GIS, and technology groups
- Experience working with operational technology environments, field operations programs, or asset-intensive operational teams
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, UAT coordination, and operational rollout activities
- Exposure to drone/UAV-enabled operations, infrastructure inspections, aerial imaging, or field intelligence initiatives
- Understanding of telecom tower operations, infrastructure maintenance, asset inspection, or remote site operations workflows
