Rev.io is a company that provides configurable software for billing and customer management. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through various digital marketing strategies and campaigns, focusing on attracting and engaging qualified prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, Reddit, email, SEO, GEO, webinars, content syndication, retargeting, and other digital channels
- Own SEO and GEO strategy to improve Rev.io’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on SEO and GEO strategy, keyword targeting, content priorities, landing page messaging, and conversion paths that drive site traffic and qualified leads
- Own digital campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, CAC, and ROI
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and conversion paths
- Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, Meta, or other relevant B2B channels
- Partner with Product Marketing to turn product messaging into campaign themes, offers, landing pages, ads, nurture content, and audience-specific programs
- Develop, manage, and continuously refresh nurture campaigns that keep current and past prospects engaged, educated, and interacting with the Rev.io brand
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure lead handoff, attribution, scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting are working effectively
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Support webinars, virtual events, content offers, and other demand generation programs from planning through follow-up
- Collaborate with the Event Marketing Manager on demand generation strategy, promotion, audience development, and follow-up for the annual Rev.io Summit
- Test and improve ad creative, subject lines, CTAs, landing page layouts, audience segments, and campaign messaging
- Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate campaign results to marketing and revenue leadership
- Help improve marketing operations processes across HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations for B2B SaaS
- Experience managing SEO, GEO, paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and full-funnel campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta, or similar platforms
- Ability to write or shape campaign copy, ad copy, email copy, nurture content, and landing page messaging
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience marketing to MSPs, telecom, IT services, security, or SaaS audiences is a plus
