Bright Matrix Global is seeking an enterprise-grade Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across human resources, workforce management, and corporate financial ecosystems. The role involves overseeing the integration of various platforms and developing predictive analytics for workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical initiatives to integrate Workforce Management (WFM) platforms (e.g., Workday, Kronos/UKG, SAP SuccessFactors) with enterprise financial planning modules
- Direct the development of predictive workforce modeling and headcount forecasting dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), enabling dynamic scenario planning for talent acquisition, capacity planning, and labor cost distribution
- Partner heavily with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Corporate Controller, and IT Engineering teams to ensure workforce metrics seamlessly align with financial reporting realities
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of technical project management experience
- A current PMP certification (or an enterprise-level equivalent like PgMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is mandatory
- Advanced mastery of Planview for project and resource portfolio management AND deep deployment experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Proven background in IT Project Management explicitly managing enterprise financial systems and HR/Workforce Management applications
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) credential or a strictly verifiable equivalent is a must-have
- Extensive hands-on project delivery experience involving SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including setting up live data connections, data modeling, and story creation for executive leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of core HR/Workforce Management lifecycles—including capacity planning, labor cost allocations, time tracking, and human capital analytics
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using Planview for portfolio management and capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related technical field
