Business Development & Advertising Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

518scene.com is a growing regional entertainment and music media platform focused on the Capital Region of New York. They are seeking motivated sales/business development partners to help expand sponsorship and advertising revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and build relationships with potential advertisers and sponsors
• Present sponsorship and advertising opportunities
• Help develop long-term advertising partnerships
• Collaborate on creative promotional ideas and campaigns
• Maintain communication with clients and leads

Requirements:

• Strong local networking or relationship-building skills
• Passionate about music, entertainment, nightlife, or local culture
• Experience in sales, media, advertising, hospitality, events, or marketing
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Understand local businesses and community engagement
• Existing connections within the Capital Region business or entertainment community
