CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a statewide Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS) utilized within a large judicial environment. This role involves leadership in the maintenance, enhancement, and long-term support of the FCCMS platform, requiring strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assume project management responsibilities for major FCCMS transition and modernization initiatives
- Manage and provide guidance to the FCCMS functional team
- Develop and lead continuing user education programs
- Lead functional analysis and design activities for FCCMS enhancements and implementations
- Work with stakeholders to address complex business process changes and operational challenges
- Manage defects, issue resolution, and quality metrics related to the maintenance and support of the FCCMS application
- Participate in the implementation of FCCMS enhancements and system improvements
- Analyze vendor business designs and validate functionality against approved business requirements
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to confirm system functionality meets end-user expectations
- Supervise testing activities, including development of test scenarios, scripts, and execution efforts
- Triage incidents identified during all phases of testing, including defects, design issues, and functional scope changes
- Coordinate with vendor development teams to communicate issues and provide potential solutions
- Review vendor documentation, including business requirements, test plans, and technical design documentation
- Collaborate with court stakeholders and governance groups to determine enhancement priorities
- Assist in leading requirements gathering, solution design, and testing efforts for electronic filing and related modernization initiatives
Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
- 5+ years of experience designing and documenting software solutions
- 5+ years of experience managing and defining software requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementations
- Expert understanding of testing concepts such as Component Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing and Acceptance Testing
- Previous experience managing software testing, and software development teams
- Ability to read and understand data models and to use SQL to query data
- Experience managing a project during the Maintenance and Operations phase
- Experience in E-Filing Systems
