Phaxis is seeking an Eagle IBOR Sr Project Manager to lead a strategic investment data and portfolio accounting transformation initiative. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring successful implementation of Eagle IBOR and related data management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate project activities across investment operations, data management, technology, and vendor teams
- Facilitate project governance meetings and drive timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting for senior management
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and steering committees
- Oversee investment data conversion and migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts
- Coordinate integration requirements between Eagle and upstream/downstream systems
- Manage project resources and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Maintain project documentation, business requirements, decisions, action items, and implementation artifacts
- Collaborate with architecture, data, accounting, and reporting teams to support solution design and implementation strategies
- Partner closely with portfolio accounting, reporting, performance, and operations teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
- Support testing, issue management, and production readiness activities throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Ensure project execution aligns with target operating models, business objectives, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience within investment management, asset management, or financial services environments
- Hands-on experience with Eagle Investment Systems, including Eagle IBOR, Eagle Data Management (EDM), or related Eagle platforms
- Proven track record delivering Eagle implementation, migration, or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of investment data management, security master, reference data, and portfolio accounting concepts
- Experience coordinating complex system integrations and data conversion initiatives
- Familiarity with data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and interface management
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience utilizing project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA
