They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth within its SMB eCommerce business through Product-Led Growth strategies and AI-powered execution, focusing on optimizing activation, monetization, and expansion in a self-serve SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the SMB growth funnel across activation, conversion, expansion, cross-sell, and upgrades
- Design, prioritize, execute, and scale structured experimentation programs
- Translate product usage and behavioral data into actionable growth hypotheses
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, and eCommerce teams to drive growth initiatives
- Strengthen Product Qualified Lead (PQL) motions using engagement and behavioral signals
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure monetization, retention, and conversion impact
- Leverage AI-powered tools, workflows, and automation to accelerate experimentation and operational efficiency
- Manage growth initiatives from strategy through execution and analysis
Requirements:
- Proven ownership of a structured experimentation program end-to-end (prioritization, test design, execution, analysis, iteration)
- Strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience within a self-serve SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience driving activation, trial-to-paid conversion, upsell, expansion, or monetization initiatives
- Experience working with product usage data to identify growth opportunities and build experimentation roadmaps
- Demonstrated bias toward action and ability to make decisions with incomplete or messy data
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, or similar
- Experience collaborating with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- This role requires experience in the SaaS industry, specifically within self-serve models where product engagement drives customer conversion and expansion
