The role of Temporary HR Operations Business Analyst involves data collection, organization, and analysis to support HR operations, while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in data collection, organization, and analysis using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to communicate professionally and work constructively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve goals
Requirements:
