Lead end-to-end operational and business analysis for large-scale federal loan servicing programs, ensuring alignment across operations, technology, policy, and compliance requirements.
Support key business initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Drive business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives across loan lifecycle functions, reducing cycle times, improving accuracy, and increasing throughput.
Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps, and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations to improve processes while maintaining alignment with government policies and systems of record.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, capture efforts, and executive briefings, driving alignment across business, technical, and program teams.
Support and lead proposal development, technical solutioning, and capture strategy, including drafting technical approaches, KPI compliance plans, and operational models.
Mentor and guide junior staff and analysts, and provide operational leadership across delivery teams, ensuring quality, accountability, and performance outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated lead-level responsibilities.
An active Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or ability to obtain one.
U.S. Citizenship.
Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (what would be nice to have).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging client-focused environment where priorities and scope may change quickly.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience leading business analysis on enterprise or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with common business analysis tools and collaboration platforms.
Experience with automation, workflow tools, or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, AI-enabled process improvement, workflow orchestration tools).
Prior management consulting experience.
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
MBA or MA/MS degree in a related field (what would be nice to have).
