Create and review functional concepts for E-Banking features and related systems
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners
Ensure high-quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing
Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions
Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates
Help ensure smooth coordination between business, IT, and operations

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services industry
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience working in projects and cross-functional teams
Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments
Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products
Fluent in German and English
Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL (basic queries)
Experience in project management
Experience working with digital banking or customer portals
