As a senior or lead IT business systems analyst, you will serve as a liaison between business and IT groups, leading the identification and definition of complex systems requirements and guiding the redesign of processes for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise others in identifying and defining complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives
- Capture complex business requirements while guiding others in redesigning existing processes to make them more efficient for end customers and internal customer service representatives
- Initially work on a large project to convert chat and email applications to use Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, business discipline or related field of study and a minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
- In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FCS), Sales or Services Cloud, coupled with awareness of Salesforce administration functions
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools for process mapping, documentation, and software development lifecycle management to enhance clarity and streamline business operations
- Experience working with business customers to redesign their existing processes
- Knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies and working with Azure DevOps or similar tools
