DevOps Engineer

Zoom is a leading collaboration platform that helps people stay connected and communicate better. They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to build reliable multi-cloud systems, automate deployments, and ensure high system availability for their communication services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with engineers to automate, secure, and optimize deployments
• Delivering seamless, scalable services that keep people connected everywhere
• Manage on-call rotations and incident response to maintain high system availability
• Develop automation and monitoring scripts using Python, Bash, or equivalent languages
• Implement and maintain observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) for proactive system health management
• Apply knowledge of cloud networking, security, and IAM for production reliability

Requirements:

• Demonstrate 4+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or automation engineering roles
• Apply hands‑on expertise with AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and related tools
• Manage on‑call rotations and incident response to maintain high system availability
• Develop automation and monitoring scripts using Python, Bash, or equivalent languages
• Implement and maintain observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) for proactive system health management
• Apply knowledge of cloud networking, security, and IAM for production reliability
