Role Overview
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of AI‑enabled and Agentic platforms
- Monitor platform health using logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts
- Respond to incidents by following established runbooks
- Assist with troubleshooting application, infrastructure, and integration issues
- Use AI‑assisted tools responsibly
- Execute routine deployments, configuration changes, and environment support tasks
- Collaborate with DevOps, platform, QA, and engineering teams
- Participate in scheduled on‑call or operational support rotations. Continuous learning of AI systems and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
