Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior ERP Lead with strong experience managing large-scale ERP environments and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will support ERP modernization efforts within complex enterprise environments, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in public-sector organizations.
The ideal candidate will bring deep ERP leadership experience, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on Workday experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale ERP modernization and transformation initiatives
- Manage ERP program activities across business, functional, and technical teams
- Partner with executive leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to drive ERP strategy and execution
- Support Workday-related initiatives including implementation, optimization, integration, and post-production activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP programs
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies across enterprise systems
- Manage project timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication
- Support ERP roadmap planning and long-term transformation initiatives
- Provide leadership across Finance, HCM, Payroll, Procurement, and related enterprise applications
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and ERP capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of ERP experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong experience leading ERP modernization and transformation programs
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise ERP environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Public-sector or government ERP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Finance, HCM, Payroll, or Procurement systems
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide ERP implementations or upgrades
- Program management or ERP leadership experience within complex organizations
