They are seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to develop content strategies, manage social media calendars, and collaborate with their editing team to produce engaging content for various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategies tailored to client goals and objectives
- Create monthly content plans and content calendars
- Brainstorm and execute creative content concepts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Write engaging, conversion-focused captions and social copy
- Edit short-form video content for social media
- Design graphics and content assets using Canva
- Collaborate with our editing team to produce high-quality content
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ensure content aligns with each client's brand voice, audience, and business goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media marketing
- Experience writing captions and social copy across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with Canva
- Experience editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Experience managing personal brands, coaches, consultants, or entrepreneurs
- Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
