Experience:
- Experience identifying training needs and recommending effective training methods.
- Experience maintaining and improving quality systems and processes.
- Experience communicating certification and training gaps to manufacturing teams.
- Experience implementing system upgrades and process improvements.
- Experience troubleshooting automated systems and coordinating changes with appropriate teams.
- Experience planning and organizing project assignments and milestones.
- Experience resolving complex operational and training issues using creative problem-solving approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training systems by identifying training needs and researching effective training methods.
- Maintain and enhance quality systems by identifying and resolving process-related issues.
- Communicate manufacturing personnel training gaps and recommend improvement solutions.
- Introduce and implement training system upgrades and process improvements.
- Support business processes outside manufacturing by promoting consistency and innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot automated systems and coordinate necessary changes or updates.
- Plan, organize, and manage project assignments and milestones.
- Solve complex operational and training-related problems independently.
- Develop and implement projects from concept through completion.
- Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
