RevSolz Corp. is on the hunt for a talented Client Success Engineer/Specialist to join our team in Houston. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for business accounts, developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition - Participate in discovery calls with prospects to understand operational pain points. Identify opportunities for pilots, field trials, and upsells
- Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business, along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services
- Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
