Private Markets Growth Mentor

Initio Capital is creating a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. They are seeking Private Markets Growth Mentors to provide strategic growth guidance, deal activation insights, and operational mentorship to help sponsors, funds, and investors scale their private market initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on fund growth strategies, capital raising, and deal structuring
• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, enhancing internal capabilities and deal execution effectiveness
• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure
• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within Initio Sphere
• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning
• Support deal sponsors with transaction growth strategy, structuring, and negotiation oversight
• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and deal execution best practices
• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance
• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Requirements:

• Experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of scaling funds, driving transaction growth, or leading investment initiatives
• Approval based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to drive private market growth
• Submit a Private Markets Growth Mentor application with background, track record, and deal history
• Complete verification and category approval
• Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund executives with a proven record of fund growth and transaction leadership
• Experienced operators or founders with strong deal networks
• Senior advisors who can mentor analysts and scouts while driving strategic market growth
• Professionals seeking high-touch advisory roles with private market exposure
