Pellera Technologies is seeking a Managed Services Account Executive to drive growth and client success within their Managed Services portfolio. This role involves identifying strategic opportunities, maintaining executive-level client relationships, and collaborating with various teams to win complex engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop strategic Managed Services opportunities across assigned territory
- Serve as a thought leader in modern Managed Services, outsourcing models, and operational excellence
- Represent Pellera’s capabilities and value propositions to client executives and boards
- Collaborate with Account Executives on territory strategy and client engagement
- Lead Managed Services pursuits through qualification, solution development, pricing, and closure
- Develop outcome-based service programs in partnership with pre-sales architects and operational leadership
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewal, and expansion
- Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning updates
- Collaborate with Delivery leadership to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success
- Support internal GTM initiatives, training, and service refinement
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of successful IT services or Managed Services sales experience
- Proven track record winning large outsourcing or complex IT service engagements
- Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operational delivery models
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, CIOs, and board-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Business or IT focus recommended
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, vendor specialties) desired
