United Consulting Hub is seeking an Automation Engineer to support automation and control systems within pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environments. This contract role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in PLC, SCADA, and manufacturing automation.

Responsibilities:

Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA system configuration and troubleshooting
Assist with automation projects, system upgrades, and process improvements
Participate in equipment commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Troubleshoot control system and instrumentation issues
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and validation records
Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Quality, and Operations teams
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation systems
Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, DeltaV, or similar platforms
Understanding of GMP-regulated environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
