Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack/Remote

Apetan Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer Full Stack to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications and software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, architecting applications, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality products across frontend and backend technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications
• Lead technical architecture and system design discussions
• Develop frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies
• Manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, DevOps, and stakeholders
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
• Drive CI/CD implementation and cloud deployment strategies

Requirements:

• Strong experience in frontend and backend development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
• Strong backend development skills with APIs and microservices
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience with scalable enterprise applications
• Knowledge of system architecture and design patterns
• Exposure to DevOps and cloud-native development
• Experience in Agile project delivery
