Lead Business Analyst

EXL is a company focused on business leadership and management, and they are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to enhance their application development efforts. The role involves implementing quality assurance measures, championing creative solutions, and ensuring high data quality and compliance through strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive reviews and testing to guarantee data integrity, reliability, and compliance with established standards
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
• Navigate ambiguity and tackle data challenges by designing and implementing innovative solutions that balance immediate needs with sustainable practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex data issues and ensure high data quality and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written skills for clearly summarizing technical insights and actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years in data management, data analytics, or data engineering field—with a proven track record in team leadership (managing teams of 3+ members)
• Bachelor's degree from Tier I/II institutions
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data processing and analysis
• Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or another relevant discipline is highly desirable
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and analytics tools (Airflow, dbt)
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
