They are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist to provide customer services related to sales and ensure good customer relations are maintained while resolving claims and complaints effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications
- Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws
- Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
- Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 or more years experience
- Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education or training
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline
- Ability to maintain good customer relations
- Ability to resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively
- Ability to develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers
- Ability to develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys
