UX UI Designer

SpikeIT Global Solutions, INC is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in complex enterprise applications. The role involves designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for enterprise SaaS platforms, as well as collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for enterprise SaaS platforms
• Simplify complex workflows (e.g., dashboards, data tables, role-based permissions) into clean, usable interfaces
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Front End developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise applications
• Advanced Figma proficiency (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and version history)
• Strong understanding of information architecture, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
• Proven ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals
• Portfolio showcasing complex enterprise projects (not just consumer apps)
