Design process from concept to execution.
Create user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, site maps and other UX documentation to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Interpret and translate wireframes into tangible and compelling experiences.
Expertise in creating comprehensive design systems, including reusable component libraries, to streamline design processes and implement nested component architectures for modular design and customization.
Ability to take design decisions based on a strategic design roadmap or personal design expertise and reasoning.
Create documentation and guidelines for effective usage of design system components.
Manage the entire design workflow, from initial wireframes and prototypes to final delivery to developers.
Collaborate closely with development teams for seamless integration of design components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product managers and Engineers.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a professional digital design role.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite.
Data oriented and able to extract insights from product dashboards
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work experience and design projects.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
