Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $44hr - $49hr
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and working sessions to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop currentstate and futurestate process maps.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams.
- Support interface design workflow validation and data migration activities.
- Facilitate UAT planning execution issue tracking and business signoff.
- Assess business impact of technology changes and support change management efforts.
- Develop training materials and support end users during and postmigration.
- Identify business risks track issues and support mitigation planning.
- 36 years of Business Analyst experience preferably in Financial Services.
- Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with dataintensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments is a plus.
